Why choose the Virtual Doorman?

Video surveillance in the condominium is a top priority nowadays. While in the past people used to often keep the door open during the day, nowadays this is no longer possible. Thefts and burglary attempts in private homes and condominiums have become sadly frequent events. For this reason, alarm systems are installed in several homes.
The “VIRTUAL DOOR” service in the condominium allows you to identify any malicious persons approaching homes or committing thefts. Effective and robust alarm systems can be installed with minimal expense. Therefore, video surveillance in the condominium has become, nowadays, customary.

The Virtual Service simulates the presence of a GOALKEEPER or the Receptionist at the customer's site thanks to a reception station connected bi-directionally by audio-video with the Operations Center, from which the staff checks and controls the regularity of the situation as if it were on the spot. Monitors are installed on the customer's site in a clearly visible position for anyone entering, which transmit the image of the Security Guard or Receptionist in live.

Effective and robust alarm systems can be installed with minimal expense. The video surveillance cameras are placed in typical areas, such as the access corridors and the entrance door. These devices will then be connected, with a LAN line or via shielded cable, to an area, such as a common room, in which the entire kit that makes up the system is installed.

The software platform of the Virtual Concierge is based on the X-Voice Intercom Gateway intercom interfaces, whose initial software has been integrated with various functions (integration of IP cameras, audio management via web phone, etc). Allows you to manage door entry knocks and door opening directly from a telephone placed on the desk, from a tablet or from a smartphone, possibly activating the GSM / UMTS Gateway function (optional) and diverting calls to cellular numbers or managing the call via IP PBX.

SOFTWARE
